A Few Tips for Flag Care

No matter it is a national flag which is always exposed to the open air or a custom flag that is used for decoration or advertising, these fabric flags can become dingy and the color can gradually fade as time goes on, which may shorten the life of the flags. In order to prolong the lifespan of custom flags, regular flag care is necessary. Here a few tips can help you make the flag clean and crisp for a longer time.

Tip 1: Dry it before packing up
Usually, the flag is dry when it comes out from the printing machine. And only when the flag is totally dry and cooling down, the flag can be packed. If a damp flag is packed, it will mildew which will lead to the easily torn-down and worn-out. Whats more, folding and packing damp flags can leave permanent creases on the flag. So when you just print the flag or after you use it, please make it dry before packing.
Tip 2: Check it before using
If you have stored a flag for quite a long time, you need to check it carefully before you use it. Any flaw or defect can be a disaster to a perfect display activity or trade show. The loose thread may lead to the torn-down of the flag, especially when you put up a flag for an outdoor promotion. The improperly installed accessory, the crease or the stain may leave a bad impression on the passersby. So before using it, please try to check whether the sewing thread is still tight or not, whether the accessories are still properly installed or not, and whether there is any crease or stain on the flag or not.
Tip 3: Wash it regularly
Regularly washing is a good way to prolong the life of trade show flags. After a period of usage, the flag should be washed to keep clean and crisp. And while washing the flags, several things need to be paid attention to. First, though most flags can be machine wash, hand wash is better when it comes to extending flags lifespan. Second, mild and soft detergent should be used and the flag should be washed gently in the warm and sudsy water. And in this process, please make sure that the flag is rinsed thoroughly in clean and clear water. Third, the flags should be dried by a thumb and natural wind and machine dry is forbidden. While drying the flag, you can use a towel to absorb the water on the flag and a clothesline and several clips can be used to hang the flag to dry.
These tips are applicable for almost all kinds of flags. If you happen to have several flags that need to be cleaned or cared, you can follow these tips. If you dont have any flags, you can keep these tips for future use. If you have any other questions, you can also contact us more information.
Sometimes, small tips can make a big difference, and we hope these subtle tips can make you enjoy a perfect advertising flag for the upcoming display and promotional activities.

Cutting Down Cost: Efficiency is the King

When the cost of your product is 50 US dollars, you sell it at 70 US dollars, and then 20 US dollars will fall into your pocket, are these 20 US dollars your profit? From the perspective of finance, 20 US dollars are your margin. However, when it comes to business, they are barely dividends. Dividends are something that only exists when there is little competition in the market. When more and more new competitors enter the industry, there will always be someone who may sell the product at a much lower price to occupy the market, and once much lower prices appear in this market, the competition will be fierce, and then the dividend will disappear. True profit doesn’t simply equal to selling price minus cost. The key to making a profit is your ability to cut costs through innovation. There are two ways to cut costs, one is the management and the other is technology innovation. Efficiency can be improved through management. You can use management tools to make your em...
