Easy Purchasing, Safe Products, Rest-assured With Delivery

Today, a new batch of orders has been shipped out from CFM. And this is the fifth batch of packages that are sent out from CFM’s workshop after Chinese New Year. After many negotiations with logistics companies and with the efforts of all parties, CFM altogether ships out 5 batches of parcels after CNY and our next delivery time for orders will be on Feb. 9th EST.
This year is an unusual year for China, and also for CFM. Under the situation of a virus outbreak, CFM sticks to the philosophy of “putting customers’ value in the first place” and spares no efforts to ensure customers enjoy easy purchasing and safe products and rest-assured with delivery.

Easy Purchasing
After 2 years’ preparation and arrangement, CFM achieved the B2F model by developing an online ordering system and establishing a digital workshop. All orders placed online can be directly sent to our workshop for production. All the systems are seamlessly connected, and all the communication can be done online, which greatly reduces communication costs and increases efficiency. When faced with the force majeure factor, this time our model highlights its advantages of easy purchasing and helps us successfully ensure customers’ benefit.

Safe Products
To ensure the safety of employees and as well as the safe production at the workshop, CFM prepares 10,000 face masks for all staff and purchases disinfector and medical alcohol for the workshop. This is the first time for many of us to encounter such a special situation, so we also conduct mentality management for our workers. CFM makes a great decision on preparing the necessary goods and taking action.
In the meantime, we test the body temperature of each staff 2-3 times a day. Also, we train our workers on how to properly use and discard the face mask. All staff will wear gloves when they touch the product and all packages and parcels will be disinfected before shipping out. Therefore, we can ensure products are made under a germ-free environment and production are conducted in a safe situation.

Rest-assured With Delivery
Firstly, CFM has tried its best to fulfil its commitment to offering printing service during CNY. And after the holiday, we update our latest production plan and logistics arrangement for the first time. Meanwhile, we have never stopped trying every means to ensure orders safely and timely send out. After many negotiations with logistics companies, we have tried to ship out the orders through Fuzhou Port, carry the packages to Xiamen Port by truck and we even drive to send the parcels to Shanghai Port which is 800 kilometres away from Fuzhou. CFM makes full effort to turn something impossible to be possible. Finally, we deliver all the packages by a truck on our own to the transfer station and we bear all the extra shipping fees incurred by changing the shipping method, however, we have never tried to charge extra money from customers.

Thanks for all customers’ firm and consistent support and
CFM will strive to offer unrivalled service for you.
