Some Tips to Keep Your Workplace Safe

To combat the coronavirus, all human beings should work together.
I know it is a stressful time for many people around the world. However, panic doesn’t work and the thing we need to do right now is to keep ourselves and other people around us safe. Here I’d like to share some measures on how to keep your workplace safe.

CFM has been back to work since Feb. 10th. To ensure the safety of our employees, we take the following measures:

1. Wear face mask
Make sure every employee wears a face mask when they go to a crowded place. This is an effective way to prevent the spread of the virus through respiratory droplets.

2. Take a temperature
We usually take our temperature twice or three times a day and then make a healthy record for every employee.

3. Clean your hand with disinfectant or medical alcohol
We place some disinfectant and medical alcohol at the door, and everyone should clean his/her hands before entering the office. Also, we encourage employees to wash their hands regularly.

4. Keep good ventilation in the office
When we go to the office, the first thing we will do is open the window to make sure the office is in good ventilation.

5. Disinfect the surfaces of desk and keyboard
Finally, we will also disinfect the surfaces of the desk and keyboard with disinfectant or medical alcohol before we start to work.

Hope everyone is healthy and safe. We believe, together, we can win over the virus.

When it comes to designing for print, there is a range of things you need to consider that includes the design itself, the type of files, color mode setting, the printing capability of equipment, etc. Among these factors, the color mode acts as a bridge that connects your designs and the final result.   Let’s uncover the basic logic behind color mode choice A golden rule in the printing industry is anything dealing with the web should always be in RGB and printed materials should be in CMYK. In the following, I will briefly explain the reason behind that.   WHAT IS RGB & CMYK? Cutting Down Cost: Efficiency is the King

When the cost of your product is 50 US dollars, you sell it at 70 US dollars, and then 20 US dollars will fall into your pocket, are these 20 US dollars your profit? From the perspective of finance, 20 US dollars are your margin. However, when it comes to business, they are barely dividends. Dividends are something that only exists when there is little competition in the market. When more and more new competitors enter the industry, there will always be someone who may sell the product at a much lower price to occupy the market, and once much lower prices appear in this market, the competition will be fierce, and then the dividend will disappear. True profit doesn’t simply equal to selling price minus cost. The key to making a profit is your ability to cut costs through innovation. There are two ways to cut costs, one is the management and the other is technology innovation. Efficiency can be improved through management. You can use management tools to make your em...

5 Minutes To Have A Basic Understanding Of Traditional Printing&Digital Printing

ADVERTISING PRINTING Advertising printing stands for about 40percent of the total printing market. For the advertising printing it is typical that that the print buyer and the target group for the information are not the same. The print buyer pays the printer and distributor for delivering advertising material to the target group. For the advertising market it is most important to develop distribution channels where the advertisements meet their target groups. It is known that the increase of TV channels has lead to changes in behavior of the viewers. When the consumer has many commercial channels he tends to change channel when there is a commercial break in the program. This means that the commercial will lose its effect, and at the same time the TV channel will lose its viewer. Thus the increase in TV channels has a negative effect on TV media. The effect of digital TV is not yet seen, but experience with increasing number of commercial channels has affected i...
