But there are too many types of pop up canopy, including different sizes (popular 10x10ft, 10x15ft, 10x20ft), different frames (Economy steel frame 30mm-0.8mm, the Aluminium frame of Standard 40mm-1.2mm and Premium 50mm-2mm), different tent fabrics (600D, 420D and 300D), and so on.

When you are trying to choose a pop-up canopy for your marketing event, are you confused when faced with a variety of pop up canopies? So how on choose a suitable pop-up canopy for your events?

First of all, you have to consider some details:

1) The location and area of your event site?

2) Indoor use or Outdoor?

3) How long does it last?

4) What's your budget?

About the choice of Frame

1) Outdoor use, not a long-term marketing event

We will recommend you to choose 40mm aluminium frame, which is of good quality, sturdy and durable, and the price is also affordable. Considering the outdoor wind and the stability of the frame, we will also be equipped with sandbags and ground spike for reinforcement. The size can be chosen according to your site area and budget.

On the other hand, if for long time outdoor use, the local weather conditions are not very good, you can consider 50mm aluminium frame, of course, you have to increase the budget.

2) Indoor use, only for short-term use, and tight budget

We will recommend 30mm steel frame, the overall cost will be reduced by about 40% compare to 40mm aluminium frame, indoor use does not need to buy sandbags and ground spike, if you just need some reinforcement, you can also consider to buy sandbags.

About the choice of Fabric

1) Regular and small orders

For customized fabric printing, our most recommended choice is 600D polyester+PU coating, which has waterproof and UV-proof coating, to protect the printing and prolong the service life.

2) Large quantity order and limited budget

We will recommend 420D and 300D, which can reduce the cost, but also has protected coating.

3) About sidewalls

Based on the budget, customers usually only choose the tent top roof. But you also can choose to add the full back wall and sidewalls if necessary. It can print more elements and help you to show more of your advertising slogan and your brand story to your customers.

When for outdoor use, the full wall can also help you keep out wind and rain. If you choose 4 side full walls and add the zippers, when closing all full walls, the pop-up canopy will look like a small house.

2020 is an unusual year, the epidemic affected everyone's lives. CFM hopes that everyone will protect themselves as they fight for their careers. So we also launched the transparent PVC half wall to protect you and protect your career, also protect your clients.

I guess you have probably heard thousands of times the terms RGB and CMYK in daily working, yet do you really know what they are, when to use and why? When it comes to designing for print, there is a range of things you need to consider that includes the design itself, the type of files, color mode setting, the printing capability of equipment, etc. Among these factors, the color mode acts as a bridge that connects your designs and the final result.   Let’s uncover the basic logic behind color mode choice A golden rule in the printing industry is anything dealing with the web should always be in RGB and printed materials should be in CMYK. In the following, I will briefly explain the reason behind that.   WHAT IS RGB & CMYK? RGB  is an additive process that stands for red, green, blue. The main purpose of the RGB color model is for the sensing, representation, and display of images in computer monitors. How to Care for Your Custom Flag or Banner?

No matter a custom flag that is always exposed to the open air or a custom banner that is often used for decoration or advertising, these fabric flags may become dingy and their color may gradually fade as time goes on. In order to prolong the lifespan of your custom flags, regular flag care is necessary. Here are some tips that can help you make flags clean and crisp for a longer time. #1 Fade Prevention Exposure to the sun will definitely cause your flags to fade quickly but you can slow down this process by taking some measures. For instance, you can spray your flags with a UV fabric protector which creates a coat on the fabric. In terms of storing your flags, put them in a dry and dark area free from any lighting (be it artificial or natural light). #2 Protect Your Flags From Harsh Weather The lifetime of your flag is highly dependent on the weather conditions. The more horrible the weather, the less time the flag will last. It is therefore advisable that you make your flag flutte...

Cutting Down Cost: Efficiency is the King

When the cost of your product is 50 US dollars, you sell it at 70 US dollars, and then 20 US dollars will fall into your pocket, are these 20 US dollars your profit? From the perspective of finance, 20 US dollars are your margin. However, when it comes to business, they are barely dividends. Dividends are something that only exists when there is little competition in the market. When more and more new competitors enter the industry, there will always be someone who may sell the product at a much lower price to occupy the market, and once much lower prices appear in this market, the competition will be fierce, and then the dividend will disappear. True profit doesn’t simply equal to selling price minus cost. The key to making a profit is your ability to cut costs through innovation. There are two ways to cut costs, one is the management and the other is technology innovation. Efficiency can be improved through management. You can use management tools to make your em...
